How to get there
Public Transport
Catch the train to Windsor or Penrith Railway Station, then catch bus 673 to John Morony Correctional Complex. The number 673 bus only runs from Penrith Railway on Saturdays. This service varies with seasonal and passenger demands, Call 13 15 00 for current train/bus timetable information.
City Rail Information
Note: There are no buses on Sundays or Public Holidays. However, the centre can provide pick up and drop off at station once per day when no public transport is available. Call Centre for details.
Private Transport
From Blacktown drive towards Richmond on the Richmond/Blacktown Road, then turn left into the Northern Road before the George Street roundabout. The John Morony Correctional Complex is 800 metres up the road on the left.
From Penrith drive towards Windsor on Cranebrook Road, turn right at the roundabout into The Northern Road, you will pass the Waste Services depot and just past this depot on the right is the John Morony Correctional Complex.
A visitor's car park is located just inside the complex on the left hand side of the driveway.

Visit times:
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Lunch is from midday to 1pm. During this lunch break, visitors will NOT be able to enter or exit the visit section. This means visitors MUST EITHER leave BEFORE noon or remain until after 1pm. Also visitors will NOT be processed between 11.30am - 1pm or after 2.45pm.
Conditions:
Lockers are provided for safekeeping of your valuables. A $2 coin (refundable) is required to access the lockers.
There is a restriction on the type and amount of property offenders are allowed to have. Please check with the correctional centre before deciding to bring anything in for an offender. You must not hand any property to offenders. Anything you are permitted to bring in must be given to the officer at the visits processing counter who will then pass it on to the relevant property officers.
As a visitor you may be required to submit to a search of personal belongings, walk through a metal detector unit or head to foot search with hand-held scanning devices. You may also be required to empty all your pockets.
Many centres also conduct random scans of visitors by sniffer dogs, which are trained to detect prohibited drugs.
There is no restriction on the length of your visit (depending on session time and the current centre management situation).
Up to 4 adults and any number of children are allowed per visit. It is the offender's responsibility to keep visitors informed of their movements or transfers.
Gloria Jeans Coffees shop is in the visits section and food and drinks may be purchased throughout the day. You must bring in coins as no folding money is permitted to be brought in by visitors.
Children's All-Day Visits
For Children under 16 all-day visits are available Tuesdays from 9am to 3pm.
Children will be left in the care of their mothers, but must be picked up by 3pm. Offenders are responsible for making appointments for their own children to visit. Children will be provided with lunch during their visits.
Legal Visits
Legal practitioners may visit 7 Days per week from 9am to 3pm. Appointments not required. Gloria Jeans Coffees shop is open Wednesday to Sunday.

Call Centre and marketing, Ground Maintenance, Centre Hygiene, Packing, Food Services, Screen Printing. Accredited training supports all industries at Dillwynia.
Education
Dillwynia specialises in the delivery of group programs designed to address causes of offending. There is an emphasis on vocational training and basic education programs. Other programs offered are designed to develop pro-social behaviour eg Conflict Management.
