SHINE for Kids
What service do they provide?
Provides a range of support services to children of inmates, including: group work; transporting children to see their incarcerated parent, organising parent / child activity days, and the provision of child care services at the child and family centres located at Silverwater, Windsor, Bathurst Correctional Centre/ Complexes. SHINE has also recently undergone an expansion of service to children and families at Wellington, Cessnock and Parklea.
