2008 to 2011 Expression of Interest

Services Funded Under the 2008-2011 Community Funding Program
The following agencies will receive funding under the current triennium 2008- 2011:
- Namatjira Haven to operate the residential based rehabilitation project for male indigenous offenders with alcohol and other drug dependence (NSW north coast)
- Community Restorative Centre to provide support services to offenders, ex-offenders and their families, including a family transport service to correctional centres;
- Glebe House and Judge Rainbow Memorial Fund to provide supported accommodation services for recently released male offenders who are at risk of homelessness;
- Guthrie House to provide the above service for women offenders and ex-inmates;
- Link-Up (NSW) Aboriginal Corporation to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander inmates establish and strengthen their families links;
- New Horizons Enterprises Limited to operate supported accommodation project for male offenders with a mental illness (metropolitan);
- Prisoners Aid Association to provide property minding and financial services to inmates;
- SHINE for Kids, formerly known as Children of Prisoners Support Group, to deliver services to support children of offenders; and
- Yulawirri Nurai Indigenous Association Inc to provide transitional support services for Indigenous women
